VUEMED releases VueStat, an electronic shelf label (ESL) solution that displays all required product details on a label-size screen, using e-ink text, images, QR codes and barcodes, etc. It provides and updates readable information remotely and in real time, and reports specific feedback to the Cloud for analysis.
VUEMED releases its newest solutions, VueCount and VueCard. VueCount is a turnkey mobile solution that allows users to manage, transact, and audit their inventory – from PPE and other low cost/high velocity med-surg items to high cost specialty procedure supplies and implants. VueCard is a mobile case preparation app that manages case picking, reports on case cart fulfillment status, and tracks requested supplies from preference card/product list to case cart, all the way to the procedure.
VUEMED releases VueSync, a Cloud-based master catalog and update service with more than 500,000 SKUs with associated UDI info that provides 24/7 up-to-date, detailed, and accurate medical supplies, products, and devices information.
VUEMED introduces the newest technologies in its ecosystem of hospital supply chain solutions: VueSurg, VueTray and VueBin. VueSurg is an app for managing, tracking and documenting all surgical instruments from sterile processing to patient care. VueTray is a touchscreen solution for managing and documenting orthopedic implants and trays all the way to the patient. And VueBin is a Cloud-based RAIN RFID-powered Kanban inventory management system.
VUEMED adds the latest, cutting-edge, passive Ultra High Frequency RAIN RFID technology to its VueTrack platform with the release of VueTrack-RF. VueTrack-RF tracks medical supplies, assets and people in real time with 99.5% accuracy; data capture is hands-free and reported live with hardly any human interaction.
VUEMED is officially incorporated.
Arnold and Lana successfully develop VueTrack, a software and web-based technology that was initially a project of Kieris Solutions, a medical market research and healthcare consulting company founded and led by Chazal and Makhanik from 1999 to 2007. Once they join forces with Pavel Rozalski, a former senior software engineer for Microsoft, they quickly advance the project from working prototype to full-fledged business.
VUEMED’s founders Arnold Chazal and Lana Makhanik begin developing a business idea for creating a simple-to-use and affordable yet powerful technology for solving the many clinical inventory management, product tracking and documentation problems faced by hospitals and medical products manufacturers. The ultimate goal? Improve patient care, reduce costs and waste, and increase revenue.
