Kathy Ho is Director of Account Management for VUEMED, having joined the team in 2014. She is responsible for implementing and managing projects on customer sites. She works closely with customers to provide them support with catalog updates and analyzing data, and trains them on how to use the best practices tools from VUEMED’s applications. Kathy has over a decade of customer service, retail and healthcare experience, and holds a B.S. in Health Informatics and Health Information Management from the University of Washington.
